Graduate of Core or Applied Training
interactive, in-person or Zoom-based training programs.

Criteria
Successful completion of Graduate of a Core or Applied Training (not Virtual)

  • Convening training hours- 13.0+

  • Coaching hours with Craig Neal- 1.0+

  • Completion and presentation of 1 Case Study

  • Complete Pre & Post Assessment Surveys

Certified to

  • Use all AoC materials, ie, workbooks, handouts, etc. that have been posted on their training platform, with attribution to CPL.

ACT- AoC Advanced & Certification Training (Advanced level)

Graduate of Core or Applied and Advanced Trainings/Certification Training
interactive, in-person or Zoom-based training programs

Criteria
Successful completion of Core or Applied Training and Advanced Trainings/Certification Training

  • Convening training hours- 50+

  • Coaching hours with Craig Neal- 2+

  • Completion and presentation of 1+ Case Studies

  • Complete Pre & Post Assessment Surveys

Certified to

  • Certified to deliver the Convening Wheel model and all principles and practices of the AoC methodology in your practice and/or organization.

  • Qualified to use all AoC materials, ie, workbooks, handouts, etc. that have been posted on their training platform, with attribution to CPL.

CCL-AoC Certified Convening Leader (Mastery level)

Graduate of Core or Applied and Advanced Trainings/ Certification Training

The AoC Certified Convening Leader Certificate™ is an interactive, Zoom-based training program for professionals who are committed to transforming their world by creating conversations and cultures based on purpose, trust, respect and collaboration.

Criteria

  • Successful completion of Core Training- 11+

  • Successful completion of Train the Trainer Training- 21+

  • Mentoring/co-convening hours- 10+

  • Completion and presentation of Case Studies- 2+

  • Coaching hours (1:1 with Craig)- 10+

  • Total AoC training hours- 100+ *

  • Complete Zoom Interview: with CPL and a T3 peer- 1+

  • Complete Pre-Survey Assessment

  • Complete T3 Certification Training Hours & Related Activities form

  • Complete Applied Learnings Assessment & Questionnaire

  • Submit Case Study

  • Submit reflections in Sutra

  • Participation in CPL Annual Licensing program
