12/20 Essential Conversation with Mercedes Martin

Rewiring Leadership: Connecting the Dots for Sustainability and Equity

REWIRE the leader in you. REHUMANIZE the workplace. REINVENT the future.

For the last two years, the global community has been grappling with the unprecedented challenges sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic, social injustices like George Floyd’s murder in the USA, and environmental issues due to climate change.

Some have tried to ignore these challenges. Some have only pretended to treat them seriously. But a growing number of governments, organizations, and leaders have taken this unique opportunity to fundamentally transform the way we see ourselves and treat others and the environment as a whole. THIS is how we create the organizations and leaders of the future.

Professionally, they are now rewiring leadership, re-humanizing the workplace and re-purposing the organization.

Join us on December 20 to consider these questions:

  • How can I be and do good in a polarized world?

  • How do I develop the leadership mindset for a sustainable and equitable future?

  • How do I connect the dots between what society/community needs and what our workforce wants?

We envision a socially sustainable world where organizations and their leaders foster inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

Our mission is to develop leaders and organizations to effectively navigate and address the complex dilemmas in today’s business environment.
