It gives us great pleasure and pride to share the Impact Assessment Report of Whole Person Leadership for Women 2018 & 2019.

This assessment was designed to evaluate the impact of the first two cohorts of this pioneering new program that focuses on the principles of purpose, convening and authentic leadership to help women leaders connect more deeply to their power of purpose and lead from a whole person perspective.

Claudia Eisinger of Fifth Elements Associates works with each cohort as a listening partner to support powerful learnings and positive outcomes. We employ qualitative research as a listening and reflection tool. It digs deeper and identifies patterns and insights into our growth as a collective. It also shifts awareness of the wider social and cultural impact we can have through our growth as whole person leaders.

Over the past two years, twenty-four women leaders from across the US participated in a 5-month, blended course with the aim to develop whole-person, purposeful leadership skills in a real-time application for life-long benefit.

What did we learn about why Whole Person Leadership matters?

  • Powerful Leadership: In an age of constant disruption, learning how to respond from wholeness to create your ideal circumstances, rather than react, is a crucial leadership skill for resilience and effectiveness.

  • Purposeful Leadership: collaborate and contribute by bringing more of one’s authentic self, gifts and talents, to their leadership role.

  • Thriving Leadership: trust leadership principles create conditions to connect more deeply to each other in a foundation of mutual trust and respect, unlocking greater potential and outcomes.

The results of these assessments indicate that all of the participants experienced personal growth, increased leadership capability and capacity, and increased their ability to lead positive change through their projects.

More specifically, they:

· Increased their self-awareness and presence

· Gained leadership tools and put them to use in their day-to-day experience through a personalized Leadership Blueprint and Purpose Plan.

· Created positive futures for themselves, their families, and the people they lead and serve that emanated from their purpose and gifts.

“I now have a roadmap that allows me to make decisions that align with my life’s purpose, which has freed me to ... have a renewed positive attitude about the contributions I will make in my relationships and approach to life.”
