Part 4 of a 5-Part Series:

Thriving

How are you shifting in your leadership focus to thrive?

What are you noticing?

WHOLE PERSON LEADERSHIP™ FOR WOMEN
A Shared Journey of Purpose, Renewal & Thriving

Recently we introduced the full Impact Assessment Report for Whole Person Leadership™ for Women 2018 & 2019: Research Findings and Research Insights.

PART 4: We focus on Thriving. What are some components or qualities of thriving? Here is what our research revealed:

  • Higher levels of self awareness

  • More purposeful and authentic expression

  • More intentional

  • Have greater understanding for others’ leadership and communication styles

  • Feeling more empowered – greater self-trust

A participant in a recent WPL program noted: Over a lifetime of performing and producing for my career, with my nose to grindstone and seeking excellence, my head down…. Now I seek the opposite activity. I am grateful for the success in my life. But my head pops up and sees that there so much more I can give and do to thrive.
