Feeling more empowered – greater self-trust
A participant in a recent WPL program noted: Over a lifetime of performing and producing for my career, with my nose to grindstone and seeking excellence, my head down…. Now I seek the opposite activity. I am grateful for the success in my life. But my head pops up and sees that there so much more I can give and do to thrive.
Questions for you:
What does thriving mean to you?
What does it look and feel like?
How are you shifting in your leadership focus towards thriving?
What are you noticing?
